Our area managers not only organise the teams and see that distribution is carried out correctly, but also undertake extensive backchecks on every single distribution team.
This involves talking to householders within the delivery zone to confirm that your items were indeed delivered through letterboxes. Our field-workers are carefully recruited and trained, and we aim to treat them fairly and honestly. Many of them work for us over and over again, and a significant number of both organisers and deliverers have worked for us for more than fifteen years.
